Who do I contact about a defective product?

How do I return an order?
A Returns Authorization is NOT required. Returned items must be in clean, saleable condition, free of all store labels and stickers. All returns will be credited at 50% discount from the suggested retail price unless the item was purchased at a higher discount. Returns should be shipped via a traceable means to ensure timely processing. Be sure to include your return address on the shipping label. A packing list should be included in each box indicating (1) the items being returned; (2) your store name, account number, and full address; and (3) number of boxes in shipment Ship all returns Prepaid to: Tyndale House Publishers Attn: Returns Department 370 Executive Drive Carol Stream, IL 60188
*You can create a packing list for your return by searching for your order and viewing the details of the order. Note, failure to include any store identification with your return shipment, will not guarantee the product will returned or credited to their account

What is the status of my order?
Under the Order Header, select the Order Inquiry Option. Select Account and click View Order. Enter order number in search field and click on magnifying glass or find in listings below. Once order is found select by clicking the radio button proceeding the line and click Show Details. At the bottom of the Order Details screen you can view the Last and Next Status of your order.

How do I track my order?
Under the Order Header, select the Order Inquiry Option. Select Account and click View Order. Enter order number in search field and click on magnifying glass or find in listings below. Once order is found select by clicking the radio button proceeding the line and click Track Shipments.

How do I get a copy of an invoice or credit memo?

Yes, you may pick up an order from Tyndale. Please submit your order and contact our customer service team at 800-323-9400 with your order number to finalize details of your order.

Do you store my bank or credit card information on this site?
Protecting your financial information is a top priority to Tyndale, therefore Tyndale House Publishers does not store your bank or credit card information. Tyndale follows the guidelines of The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and processes payment through a secure payment gateway.

How do I cancel an item or order?
You can cancel items or orders that haven't shipped by visiting the Order section in Your Account. To cancel an item or an entire order: 1. Go to your orders. 2. Click Cancel Items. 3. Select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, select all of the items. 4. Click Cancel checked items when finished. After submitting the cancelation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.

How do I contact an author?

Where can I find an out of print book?
Tyndale does not keep out-of-print books. Once a book reaches out-of-print status, it is removed from our database and the books are donated to charities, mission groups, etc. A good resource to help you find an out-of-print book is www.bibliofind.com.

I have questions about the New Living Translation?

Where can I buy a book or Bible in a foreign language?
Tyndale only stocks books and bibles in English and Spanish. Books in foreign languages should normally be purchased from Christian bookstores in that country. If you are an international account looking to obtain information about publishing one of our titles in another language, please contact jadedoyal@tyndale.com

How do I obtain review copies?
We recommend that you contact your Tyndale sales representative directly or visit www.edelweiss.abovethetreeline.com. After completing a simple registration/verification process, electronic copies of many Tyndale and Navpress titles will be available for your review.

Do you offer customization of your products?
Yes, Customization on product is available with certain parameters. Custom editions require a minimum order of 1,000 units, but higher orders of 2,500 to 5,000 copies will allow for better pricing. Custom printings may take up to several months before a final product is available. To inquire for more information, please send us an email providing your name, organization, item to customize, customization details, quantity and needs by date by clicking the link here.

Tyndale House receives hundreds of requests for donation of free product. Instead of responding to individual requests, we have chosen to channel excess product to a few select organizations and ministries. We ask that you seek local support or local community help.
